Bonus notes: I can’t recommend the Peloton classes enough! You do not need a bike or tread to be apart of the Peloton community. The instructors are so motivating and the community is so inspiring. Be sure to join their FB group! For $39 a month you get unlimited access to a wide range of classes (cycling, running, yoga, strength, barre, pre & postnatal and stretches). Totally worth it!
